This app has got a calendar to help keep me disciplined as well as videos and timers to help keep track of my progress. I am an avid rock climber and have had a yoga and meditation practice now for about three years. I felt within all of those activities I had reached a plateau in my performance . Ive incorporated Hofs breathing exercises and cold exposure techniques since I heard Hof on the Joe Rogan podcast and it has certainly made a difference in each of these practices. It trains the body to handle stress in a more healthy way and with Awareness and his breathing technique oxygenates the body in a way that has pushed my climbing practice into new levels of difficulty!
